About Educational Leadership | Mission | Conceptual Framework
The IU program in Educational Leadership offers various leadership preparation programs, each tailored to the diverse needs of the field as well as the individual needs of our students. Every one of our degree programs has been developed by faculty on the core campus involving both Bloomington and Indianapolis, in association with our various school and district partners. Our degree programs are guided by the belief that school leaders are moral and transformational agents committed to the principles of equity, justice, and diversity as they confront problems of practice rooted in the perennial problems of class, race, gender, ethnicity, (dis)ability, and other areas of difference.
